Starting from 1957, we've been leaders in the production of stainless steel unions used in food, dairy products, wine, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
From the hot-pressing to the mechanical processing phases, all the technological processing operations are performed inside our factory, using the most sophisticated, modern computer-controlled machine tools and robots.
The stainless steel used (Aisi 304L and Aisi 316L) comes from the most well-known and reliable European steelworks and is always provided with 3.1. EN 10204 test certificates.
The metal previously heated to forging temperature is pressed between the moulds of a mechanical press. This allows the workpiece to be processed as required.
“Computer Numerical Control”: an internal electronic device controls movements and functions of the machine during processing, according to a well-defined work schedule.
All our products, before being marketed are subjected to strict control and calibration measures in order to always ensure the highest levels of safety and performance.
